A painfully slow, badly dubbed, and mostly incoherent tale of a noble but morally ambiguous werewolf named Waldemar brought back to life by a pair of misguided doctors, presumably after being killed in the previous movie. After only a small killing spree, he retires to a life of seclusion in a crumbling castle, in the care of his crazy sister. This domestic idyll is interrupted by the arrival of Elvira and Genevieve, a pair of yummy students looking for the grave of a Countess executed for being a witch. Naturally, that doesn't end well - if there is anything to be learned from horror movies, it's that you should never disturb the grave of anyone killed for witchcraft.
